Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art Offering Drawing Clinic
The Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art is offering a Drawing Clinic for anyone age 15 and older. "This class will be for anyone who has an interest in drawing and wants to sharpen their skills. I will be teaching several techniques to help artists of all abilities improve their drawing," said Clay Little, MGMoA preparator and artist.
FREE DOCENT TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Docents attend bi-weekly meetings during the school year to learn about the MGMoA collection and art in general. This education is also complemented by museum lectures and trips. There is no cost to be a docent, but many rewards

Over 200 people, and likely as many canines, had a barking-good time at Gone to the Dogs: A Canine Carnival. Our sincere thanks to all of the rescue organizations and businesses who participated, and to the wonderful volunteers from the MGMoA Volunteer Society, MGMoA Docents, the Junior Service League, and the Boy Scouts!

Shawnee, OK— Some school groups visiting the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art this spring won’t have to pay admission thanks to the generosity of several donors at the Museum’s annual Holiday Gala.
